Our Childhood Favourites....
Memories of eating from childhood days can be formative influences on our lives.
Chui Lee Luk of Claude's Restaurant has invited her friend, Tony Tan of The Tony Tan Cooking School, to collaborate on a menu exploring the range of their most evocative childhood experiences. The menu twists and turns through the
diversity of cuisines in Malaysia where each spent at least part of their childhood. The aim will not merely be to re-create memories, but to have fun toying with how their presence has shaped the current styles of these 2
personalities.
