| Answer: The claim against selling insurance policies across state lines, Was that each state should be able to set its own rules, on what insurance companies must offering in insurance plans sold in that state. But medicare, medicaid don't do that, the public option doesn't do that, the salubrity insurance exchanges do not do that. The more people in a insurance plan, the more the cost are spread, meaning lower rates. |
