Even though this is for one staff member, is this in violation of federal laws?

Answer: They'd in all likelihood have a massive bill to settle with the state, probably including penalties and interest as well.

I am currently in California And unfixed to Nevada so obviously had to quit my job of 5 yrs ,on good terms with 2 wk notice, and was wondering if I can get unemployment insurance since I am not going to have a job and i don't be aware how quickly I can get hired for a job.and if I can do I have to start it in California or Nevada ?"

Answer: No, you are not entitled to anything, you go away from your job. I hope you sved your pennies.

How Does Unemployment Equal 99 Weeks?

I am currently on unemployment in the Grandeur of Nevada. Although I am searching for work, the process isn't going so well and I wanted information regarding the technique of the unemployment process so I can plan out exactly when I have to say yes to taking a part-time job that is less than my unemployment amount....

From my understanding, the order goes:

1. Well-known Unemployment (up to 26 weeks)
2. Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC) (approximately

Answer: There are four tiers of danger unemployment compensation, more commonly called "federal extensions". They are 20 weeks, 14 weeks, 13 weeks, and 6 weeks.

In some states, the other extended benefits (what you are vocation state extended benefits) are 20 weeks.

26+20+14+13+6+20=99 in those states

26+20+14+13+6+13=92 in your state

Is It Possible To Go And Get Residency In California By Trading In My License From Nevada?

and then driving around in Nevada with my authorize plate & insurance here in Nevada? Finally doing this would this affect my unemployment benefits? Because im receiving them right now.

Answer: You have it retrogressively. You establish residency first, then get a drivers license. You can't simply establish residency by: "go and get residency in California by trading in my sanction from Nevada".

To establish residency, you must actually get and keep a residence.

I'm impressive from nevada to massachusetts, and it would be easier if I just change the state where I receive my unemployment insurance

Answer: Magnitude would not honor your claim. You would not be unemployed in Mass thru no fault of your own.
