Is There A Statute Of Limitations For Filing A Suit In Small Claims Court In North Carolina? Car Accident.?

I was the schnook of a rear end collision, and haven't been able to afford filing the papers...yet.
I'm intelligent I'm through, as far as any chance of pursuing the driver who hit me. It happened over a year ago, and because of a false statement inclined, their insurance denied me. I lost my car through no fault of my own, and I now have the money to file the case, but don't know if I can. I about it's too late. I live in New Hanover County. Wilmington N.C.

Drivers License North Carolina?

I was out of borough about 4 hours away from home and needed to get my license back. I had proof of insurance and registration and several bank cards with my visualize on them. I am an american. I had no other forms with me at the time and could not have gotten them. they where at home 4 hours away.
the dmv workers were not very educational they act like they dont care and would not even let me ask them questions. so my question is could I have gone to get a document from the court household

You can go to the Department of Vital Statistics and get your birth certificate you have to pay for it, another way for them to bury the hatchet e construct money off the tax payer. Also you can write to the Social Security Administration ssa.gov and get a new Social Protection Card and those two things should be good enough for you to get your drivers license. Ok, so I toil as an extra in Wilmington, NC and I also wanted to get my license last week as I had just got insurance, I went in the morning before we had a never boost to try and squeeze it in but was only able to complete the Written exam, the vision, and get my insurance papers in (DL-123). So now I am awaiting Monday and to take the Driving part of the evaluate. I know loads of people, the majority, fail the test their first time, and was inquiring if anyone had tips.
