I objective read an article in msn that said if you have and own a vacant home that insuring that causes the rates to triple..I should wait that the law-enforcement of that community would protect that home just the same as if that home were occupied.

My Creator died recently and the Company has cancelled his coverage. Although I live there (part-time) I am told the house is no longer "proprietress occupied"
TMy Dad (the owner) died, but I cannot sell the house until Probate is complete.
