Are Insurance Claims On A House Public Information?

If I am looking for a deeply, are there any records that can my real estate agent check to determine if any type of insurance claims were made on the house? For prototype, roof replacement, water damage, fire, other structural.

Answer: No, but the seller must give a disclosure assertion where all that should be reported. If you find they deliberately lied on it and can prove it, then you can sue them.
 
 

False House Insurance Claims?

Have you ever falsely claimed on house insurance? Did you get away with it. Simply watching a programme on ch4 about it.

Answer: A lot of people do this, and get away with it. But it is still sharp practice.
Sometimes it is not worth the expense of the Insurance company to check it out, which is why they pay up.

Only moved into new house and the double glazing needs partially replacing,is this something i can claim on insurance?

Answer: No stark, homeowners insurance is not for maintenance issues, it is for a sudden & accidental occurrence. Do you have a home warrentee?? Didn't you have the house inspected? You should have found this result then & rebid accordingly or split the cost with the old owner, before you closed.

i spilt colour on my carpet they sent out rainbow they passed the claim and said to go and pick a carpet from allied we dident like the outlook or a credit slip when buying item from a shop so we phoned and asked if it could be spondulicks setteld he said yes and sent it to another company then they have now stop the claim because i dident poverty to use their suplliers and now sent it to be investigated all because we asked for a cheque is this normal practice
