Texas Insurance Companies Offering Insurance On Rent-houses?

Where can I find a catalogue raisonn of all the property insurance companies that offer insurance on rental property in texas?

Answer: The TX insurance bank on website has a list, but it's deceptive, because depending on the property, they still might not be willing to write you.

Some companies like 1 - 2 people buildings, some like 30+ units, and ALL of them are going to care about location and privation history.

It's a hard line of business to write, and if you're having a problem, you presumably need to talk to a couple of local, independent agents near you.

Answer: I mainly say "find a local independent agent" - but I've been seeing Allstate advertise (in Texas) for $81 per YEAR!!

That's dulcet cheap......and I would be sure to compare it with some other companies!

Not too sure as to what you GET for $81!

Anyone Know About A Class Action In Texas Regarding Title Insurance?

I have some rental properties in Texas and I have had to (over)pay for rubric insurance. I have always heard that a lot of kickbacks were paid by the title insurance companies to banks and mortgage brokers. Anybody else pick up about this?

Answer: I unflinching haven't heard of it, and I would have noticed, I'd think, being in Texas myself.

Car Insurance Question ----total Loss Reimbursement And Car Rental??? In Texas.?

My sister's boyfriend was driving my sister's car and was crashed into by a animated driver and totalled her car. The insurance company is dealing with him, instead of her! I think this is extremely unconventional! Anyways, moving on....They provided a rental for 3 days and have yet to pay the damages for the car. My questions are these...

1. Is there a behaviour that the insurance company pays for the rental until they pay the car reimbursement?

Answer: Rental is paid if you have purchased it in the means. In most cases it is included in the policy but you have to check the policy.
If the loan is less than the value of the car then the value of the car is infatuated into effect. The only time loan value is important when it is more than car value.
You have to talk to the insurance house and prove the value of the car via kbb.com. The insurance company normally wants to pay less but you can nogociate. They will give you the replacement

Will My Uninsured Motorist Claim Pay For A Rental Car Until I My Car Is Repaired If I Live In Texas?

I recently had an chance with an uninsured driver. My claim is an "uninsured motorist property ruin" claim. I do not have "rental insurance". Is the rental cost covered by UIM since if the other driver had disadvantage coverage their insurance would have covered my rental?
Rental insurance coverage is for collision and comprehenisive. I know that in most states UIM will basically act like the other driver's onus insurance and cover rental cost, but I am not sure about Texas.

Answer: In Texas, if your ask is being covered under UMPD, you are entitled to loss of use with a rental car. Ask your claims adjuster.
