what is the contemplate of the workplace safety and insurance act?

Answer: Workers in factories were being badly injured and sometimes killed by machinery they had to operate to do their jobs. Other injuries happened when unsafe machinery hew down on people or tipped and spilled boiling liquids on people, etc. Unions protested the unsightly working conditions and finally laws were passed requiring factories to be conservative for workers so that people didn't go to work and get killed or permanently disabled. Employer Refusing To Cooperate With Ontario WSIB Claim?

Does anyone remember what I can do if an employer is hindering my attempts at a WSIB claim in Ontario?
Basically, my barbule was broken at work and have been out of work for over 2 months now.
I am now out of money and no lawyer will assist me because it is a trivial company and they can't sue for much and I probably won't be able to go back to work and make money to pay them. Legal Aid won't lift and I just need the employer to submit the Form 7 but they keep saying they lost it,

Answer: Go to WSIB, if the friends is hindering your claim that's illegal. If they refuse to submit the form that's illegal, and WSIB will give out with it. All you have to do is go to WSIB. Its not up to the employer to decide whether or not to file a claim, they don't have any choice in the matter.

I flat 2 fingers at work, employer wouldn't fill out any of the paper work because they did not want a requirement. I went to WSIB, they called my employer told them to have the paperwork in by

Answer: Like they always do. Diatribe and rave about any progress, and then do not come up with any practical solutions of their own, except to give the rich more tax breaks.
