I material in UK. I booked a holiday in Spain. I applied for a visa. However, the travel insurance I did does not refund me if I failed to get the Schengen visa. Does any one cognizant of of a UK insurance company that offers insurance that covers trip cancellation due to visa request being rejected by the consular?
Please note that my visa is not rejected yet. However, I indigence to be ready with a suitable insurance in case this happened.

For several months my preserve and I have been trying to get travel medical insurance for him for travelling to America. He is fit and healthy but the problem is he had a heart route operation 3 years ago and insurance companies either want to charge him massive premiums or won't submerge him at all.
