How can one find a saintly general family care doctor in Houston TX? I have BlueCrossBlueShield insurance.

A year ago I had a gyve saw accident involving my left hand and 2 severed tendons. Now for some reason I have an infection now after a year of no problems and have gone to a general Dr. that has done all he can. I am looking for a Dr. that can effort with me with no insurance and can help me with this infection. I am worried about a bone infection before I can get the help I am needed.
