Cheapest Home Insurers In The UK?

I am renting a arrange in Central London with 2 other guys, wondered how much insurance would be? and what's the best provider

Answer: I got a take care of a few months ago with Tesco. 60% off for new customers for Home Insurance.

Even then I paid just £135 (former year it was £420), and no messing around with working out a valuation for what your property is worth (in worse box scenerio).. as Tesco gave me blanket cover for value up to £1 million pounds.

Don't recollect Tesco still have the offer on - but definately worth trying to seek out a good have to do with. GL.
 
 

Does Anyone Offer Car Rental Insurance In The UK For Car's Hired In The UK?

I'm renting a car from Hertz, I thinking I was fully insured until I read the small print. I could be liable for the first £500-1400 of harm unless I buy their 'Super Cover'. This costs nearly as much as the car rental.

I want some insurance to account for this 'excess', and it must be possible to buy it cheaper than from Hertz. I thought I'd found a couple of places but the unoriginal print got me again. Either I'm not covered in my own country or I'm not covered unless I hire

Answer: oh sweetie-pie, try Zurich. There pretty good, and you don't have to pay anything up front. In other words, get the policy, have your holiday, then cancel the programme. It will cost 15.00 to cancel. Good Luck.

I Passed My Driving Test Today (UK) And Have A Question About Insurance?

As momentarily as I turned 17 I got insurance on a cheap car. It's in my name, not my parents, I'm not just a named driver, it's mine. We paid the whole amount for the year that day, so it doesn't pass away until March 2011. Anyway, today I passed my test (hoorah!!). Now, I be familiar with that I obviously have to inform my insurance company that I have passed. I am going to let them know tomorrow because by the on occasion I was home and sorted and ready to phone them they were shut.

Answer: I'm not tried about what the police would say, but it is usually the case that should you have an accident between now and updating your details (RE: full licence as opposed to stipulatory), your insurance policy may be void. It would be much less hassle all round to wait until you have updated your insurers - in some instances (like mine, for prototype) you will be safe and legal to drive as soon as you have made the phone call.

My Son Lives In Germany. His Car Is Insured With German Insurance Company. How Can I Tax ?

My son is with the British Army and bought a VR6 car which has a year's MOT. Because he is based in Germany with the army it's cheaper to insure through the army contacts (about £1,500 cheaper !!) and he has full insurance. However, we are find it impossible to tax the car for when he comes home in August, because the insurance is in Germany and not the UK. I know the answer is to register the car in Germany (which we will do) but we don't have in unison a all the same before he comes home.

Answer: IF CAR HAS GERMAN PLATES HE CAN Conduct IN UK FOR 6 MONTHS WITHOUT UK TAX

CAR INSURANCE, PLEASE HELP!?

Hi, i difficulty to insure my car but the cheapest I can find is around the £2,500 mark ....... I don't want to pay that at all. I'm 18, what 18 year old has £2500 to whack out their back steal lol.

I'm 18
Student going to UNI, staying at home
Vauxhall Corsa 1.0L
Full UK Right

Okay, i'm wondering if i can change some details to make it any cheaper? Like, could i put inactive for my occupation, would that make my insurance
