Hi i indigence to get contents insurance for a rented house with 4 bedrooms. the cheapest i've found is HSBC - £19 a month (unlimited)
Do you be aware of anywhere else that's cheaper??????????????????

I'm compelling into a house with a few other full time students. We are looking to have a joint policy for contents insurance becasue we are thinking ti will be cheaper than getting unique insurance.
I've founf that endsleigh do not offer a joint policy but was wonderign whether there are any oother schoolgirl insurance companies that offer joint policies for shared accomodation?

Answer: None that I am hep of. Since none of you are related it could get complicated at time of claim; or even to administer the policy.

It should not be too expensive for each of you to get a means. Start with your parents home insurer.

Who Offers The Cheapest UK Contents Insurance For Rented Properties?

Hi,

Basically i am currently renting a riches in Cardiff and want to get some contents insurance. The only thing is because the other people im sharing the house with all have their own insurance i do not want to insure the express house; i.e. i want to insure my one room and not the other 6 bedrooms! is there a company that specialises in this? It's rented as a fully furnished quirk so the landlord has insurance for all their belongings (sofa's, TV's etc) so i don't want to pay to

Answer: Get hold of a broker. As long as the other occupants have their own insurance you should have no problem finding an insurer willing to subscribe to the risk.

I always like better paying my annual car insurance in one lump sum works out cheaper and less to pay out each month, and would like to do the same if, I ever buy a house.

thanks to you with so much knowlege. You have acknowledged me such valuable help about my house fire crisis.. One more question, hope someone knows. I misspent all my belongings. My house is unlivable. My policy advanced me 10.000 dollars which is an advance from my contents arrangement. the agent told me to pay the hotel out of that money. Then the insurance agency would reimburse me as they do not pay the hotel momentarily. That sounds like a lot of money, but I I have been paying the hotel
