Car Accident/insurance Problem (cont.) - I'm Being Hounded By An Insurance Company For An Accident On My Car? |
recently someone had an accessary in my car which wasn't their fault. They have since paid their fine to the police and had 3 points on their license.I was cautioned for letting someone actuate my car without insurance. I phoned my insurance company, let them know about the accident and they thanked me for calling, but it wasn't their be of importance since I wasn't driving (and can be proven by the police) and no claim has been made against them.
