Property Owners: Do You Have American Home Shield Home Warranty Insurance, And If So -?

have you ever had to systematize a claim? Was your experience satisfactory, or is there a hitch?

Answer: I bought a new home (new to me) last Sept. I was told American Home Shield was tawdry but the seller paid for it so we took the coverage. About 2 months after we moved in we noticed spoil's room not cooling properly. AHS sent out one of their A/C guys and he said the unit was too petite for the house. AHS advised they would not cover the cost of a larger unit even though the coverage I purchased was for "pre-existing" issues as well. So bottom in alignment is get a good Homeowner's policy

My stillness and I would like to start a family but I have a few questions and concerns that maybe some of you can help me with:

I drag our insurance through my work, if I want to take a little bit of time off of work after having the baby do I be deprived of my insurance until I come back to work? Does anyone know if they usually only cover your during your maternity do a disappearing act? (I have Blue Cross Blue Shield if that makes a difference?)

I had a horrific experience delivering my duaghter at the infirmary and dont ever want to do it again! I want to have a home birth where I am more in control and can do it natural with support of a accoucheuse. My question is, is it cheaper than a hospital birth and does my insurance cover it? I have ppo blue testy blue shield of illinois. When I think about being stuck in a hospital bed with lights shining down between my legs and bring out nurses I just shutter! Please help!!!

I have Blue Advantage HMO, and I really do not identify which ABA service providers in Illinois are really good ones who will also accept my insurance. I have had a natural bad experience with my child's current in-home ABA program, as this provider does not have well-trained therapists.
