My chain and I have recently gotten married and are filling for the necessarry paperwork but she is pregnant and doesn't Have a Common Security Number but needs to see a Doctor can I put her on my Anthem Blue Cross Blue Guard Offered by my job without a SSN?
Well she was born in the Dominican Republic and she came over and got pregnant so we just got married.

Basically, my mate got bit by a stranger's dog. I took her to the emergency room, and additionally had a police report filed.
My sensitivity is that the hospital or our insurance company is supposed to go after the stranger for payment. Instead... the clinic charged everything to my medical insurance (Anthem Blue Cross) and Blue Cross paid for it.
