Is This Some Sort Of Scam?

My aunt got a mail earlier from some unplanned company that said someone has stolen her identity. The next mail, it is sent to my house with her name on it. It is supposively a due to be paid to Aetna. The suite that sent this is

There's a total bill of about $400
What is quaint is that my aunt doesn't have insurance, nor did she ever sign

Answer: With the message provided, it sounds like there could be a scam going on. However, the best way to ensure that your aunt is not enchanted advantage of is to not send out any money or information until you have verified the debt and the company behind the in dire straits. Most scammers will not waste time if they know that they will have to spend time getting to the communication--there are plenty of gullible people that will give their money or information without very much work.
