i fancy to obtain my life insurance and health insurance license. i am a convicted felon...what are my options

Hi! I was wondering is there anyone who has received a speeding ticket in New Jersey or anywhere case of Maryland and has a Maryland License?

If I go to court, and the cop does not show up will this still show up as a citation on my maryland driving record?

or if the judge reduces the points will to perhaps 1 or 2, will this transfer to my MD driving record and increase my insurance premium?

Please help!
