Anyone Know A Link To CA Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1253 A? |

I searched on Google & on the EDD website but cannot find accurately what the California Unemployment Insurance Code 1253 (a) is. I can only find (c) & (e). If anyone can direct me to a link or give me detailed info on what that section means I'd treasure it!

Question About CA Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1256 & Unemployment Benefits Hearings? |

Has anyone won an sue of this section? If so, I have a hearing next week, and any info would be helpful.
I was fired from my last job in late May, because a person said I was unprofessional with her (I wasn't). When I filed for unemployment insurance, I was approved, and I actually got a check for one week.
Later I missed a phone vetting with the EDD, because the notification letter arrived late. I tried to reschedule, but I was told I was denied benefits, because of
| Answer: When you are denied benefits you should tout de suite appeal. I hope you are not just getting around to this. If you are you will miss all those months of benefits. Denials are completely routine and in your case winnable on appeal. |

You aren't entitled to a copy of your employment place in order - it's their file, they put it together. About all you can do, is bring a copy of your father's death certificate showing he died, and that's why you got the call, and promise for mercy. |

Appealed once went to appeals hearing. The judged ruled against me citing a fomer container. Reasons for decicion an individual is disqualified for benefits if he or she has been discharged for misconduct connected with his or her most brand-new work.(Unemployment insurance Code, section 1256.) In Drysdale v. Dept. of Human Resources Condition(1978)77 Cal.App>3d 345, recurring tardiness after warnings,showing an intentional take little of the employer's interest, was held to be misconduct.
Answer: ~~You will be denied unemployment benefits if an manager has reason to fire you for not performing your job properly.
Evidently your past record proved to the directorship they had legitimate reason to fire you. Therefore, it excludes you from collecting benefits.~~ |
